Paper and paperboard preparation, printing, forming, in-process checks, final inspection and packing follow the approved product and project requirements.

Printing Checks

Artwork position, registration, color consistency, surface appearance, repeat alignment and obvious defects may be reviewed.

Forming Checks

Dimensions, folding position, bottom structure, side gussets, bonding, sealing and box locking performance may be reviewed.

In-Process Inspection

Checks may cover dimensions, printing, color, forming, bonding, applicable grease resistance, cleanliness and appearance.

Final Inspection and Packing

Final checks may include product type, size, artwork, appearance, packing quantity, inner packing, carton condition and shipping marks.

Manufacturing scope

Multiple Production Lines for Core Paper Packaging

Our factory combines flexographic printing, offset printing and dedicated production lines for paper bags, paper cups, paper boxes and greaseproof paper.

Production planning and inspection are organized around the confirmed structure, material, artwork, quantity and packing requirements for each project.

Quality principle

Project-Specific Inspection

The inspection plan depends on the product and confirmed project requirements. Website descriptions are general process references and do not replace the final order specification or applicable test requirements.
